In order to work with Social Care & Education we will ask you to complete an enhanced CRB check.  Candidates must:

  • Complete an application form
  • Provide proof of identification - 1 photographic form and 1 paper form
  • Provide a utility bill, so that their address can be checked against it
  • Provide addresses covering the last 5 years
  • Provide their National Insurance number
